Transition Tasks for 2023 Sixth Form Entry.

Starting Post-16 education can be challenging, we are keen to make sure that everyone starting courses at PHS Sixth Form is well-equipped with a head start in their learning for each of their subjects.  On this page you will find transition packs for each of our courses.  Each student starting with us in 2023 should complete the work from the packs for their chosen courses and bring this with them to their first lesson, students can complete tasks in any order at their own pace.  Completing your transition tasks over the Summer will allow you to build secure foundations for your first lessons in each of your courses.

Our prospectus and subject grid are both available on the website to allow students to make certain that any combinations of subjects that they are considering completing transition tasks for, are possible.
