High Intensity Interval Training Videos (HIIT)
High intensity interval training (HIIT) is when you alternate between high and low intensity exercise(s) or between high intensity exercise and a short period of rest. You may like to try part of these HIIT sessions to get some different styles of exercise. Make sure you drink well and take breaks wh=henever you need them.
